Savage behavior is THAT behavior undomesticated, untamed and uncontrolled. You will remember the savagery at the 1978 Jonestown massacre. You recall Tianamen Square, China. How about the Holocaust? And how can you forget the South African scenes of rape and murder of innocent women and children.
These days Americans need not look abroad to find untamed, undomesticated or uncontrolled savage behavior...it's in our backyard.
Gang rape on a Panama City, Florida beach. Police officers shooting unarmed blacks without reasonable cause; Ferguson, Missouri and South Carolina. We watch Blacks throwing rocks at law enforcement and burning their own community buildings in Baltimore as the untamed, and out-of-control behave in savage mannerisms running threw stores stealing goods and prescription drugs as if they are entitled.
Make no mistake, today's television scenes encourage more American gun sales than all those pitiful farmland rhyme-signs dotting America's country side.
