You Matter; Connect the Dots

My life has brought many opportunities and experiences. My emotional investment in children and grandchildren causes me to wish for an endless journey to observe the unfolding of each potential; I know that is not possible, so I asked them to remember this:

The keys to happiness will remain consistent throughout their lifetime...

There will be times when you feel insignificant and conclude erroneously that you cannot make a difference. One must not buy into this cynical attitude; one best serves oneself and others by embracing a spirited attitude and conviction that the world needs everything you have to offer. Adopt the willingness to say, "I Can."

During my life, I noted many who would take their eyes off the objective, lose sight of the the goal and avoid responsibilities claiming some disadvantage 'handicaps'. One should beware not to fall victim to grabbing crutches to explain difficulties or set backs. Make it a practice to 'SEE' a need or a void and commit to filling that chasm without compromising your principles; tell yourself, "I Will do this because IT is The Right Thing to Do and Must be Done,"

Remember that Life comes with NO Guarantees but there are Risks. Anything you attempt can be rejected by others or fall-short of desired outcome. Failure is NOT final but the fear of failure is fast becoming the most paralyzing emotional-malady of our society. You each have talents and you must find courage to apply those talents; fearlessly.

Finally, the happiest people in this world appear to be those people who enter a profession or occupation they truly enjoy and find the time and passion to serve others through some designed outlet. It is important to embrace your journey with dreams and the desire to improve the human condition. Each of us matter profoundly to others. Never forget that the sunset is more enjoyable when shared with a love one. These are simple dots; connect them.

God speed and God Bless
