My wife, Gerry and I push ever so nearer our eighth decade in this amazing journey. We are blessed beyond belief. Our fifty-eight years married has revealed three adult children and their truly loving and caring spouses. Those marriages have produced fifteen grandchildren with additional spouses and three great-grandchildren. The latest great grandchild, Ryelan Scott Mitchell was born just this week, August 20, 2018.
I note grandkids busy in the work places and in various professions while others negotiate public school education from the elementary years to the collegiate challenges. Some embrace new births and more make wedding plans...all of which serves to remind us, 'Life Longs For Itself.'
