A Cancer Grows

From the beginning of Donald Trump's Presidential campaign, he played to the frustration and underlying prejudicial anger of many American people; it is the essence of the Trump mode of operation. This kind of boastful-blustering language is appealing South of the Mason Dixon Line, especially with 'white Bubba's who get their jollies over songs about grits, guns and whiskey.

Trump's first bigoted nerve to touch was anti-Mexican inferences followed by a vulgar comment about female Fox News commentator, Megan Kelly and a ugly remark about Carly Fiorina's facial looks. Trump then made animated fun about a physically handicapped reporter. Trump had no problem painting Muslims with a broad ethnic brush tied to his suggestion to ban Muslims traveling in out out of the United States.

Trump's most recent insensitive race remarks occurred when he said he would not denounce the KKK and its former leader, David Duke until he could investigate 'who they are' and what they are saying.

Trump's ugly-mean spirited rhetoric continues to feed a large segment of our society who obviously share his attitudes/beliefs while hiding behind a veil of born-again evangelicals.

A sickness as this transcends the legitimate political discourse. The very nature of Donald Trump's rhetoric is an attack on the Judea-Christian foundation of our Nation. His spewing of Fascist-like language should be unacceptable and widely denounced by all Americans regardless of political persuasion.
