Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell offers flawed logic when explains his reasons for not holding a hearing and voting on President Obama's nomination for the Supreme Court vacancy. The Republican Senator states that the American peoples' wishes should be considered as they vote for the next President this November. Therefore, we must conclude that McConnell thinks the second term of a 'duly' elected Democrat- President Obama is only three years. The so-called 'mandate' given to him is suddenly invalid.
Secondly, McConnell appears to be hedging a bet, which is a long shot. If he believes his discombobulated Republican Party is going to occupy the White House, House of Representatives and the Senate come January 20, 2017, that old boy is glue-sniffing.
